A Yummy Smoothie

Blend together:

1 cup unsweetened chocolate almond beverage

1 cup frozen wild blueberries

1 ripe banana

1.5 cup fresh spinach (large handful -- stems and all)

1 tbsp flax seed

This 300 calorie smoothie is packed with nutrients and antioxidants!

** for added nutrients and protein, you can use cow's milk, protein powder, wheat germ or oats run through the food processor. I'm aiming to keep my low in carbs and calories, though.
